General Information
Price:
Our pet puppy pricing is $2500, with a non-refundable deposit of $500 as retainer. The remainder of $2000 is due 72 hours before puppy pickup, unless using cash. We take deposits through Zelle at 913-850-4192 to Skyler Farr or through Venmo to: @DiemFarr.
Shipping/Transport:
Travel costs are an extra fee. We are happy to discuss various ways to meet!
Stipulations:
We only sell pet puppies on spay/neuter contracts. We require that your puppy is seen by a vet within 72 hours of leaving us, otherwise our health certificate is void. There will be three main documents to sign: purchase agreement, spay/neuter contract, and health certification.
Socialization:
Puppies usually go home between 8-10 weeks. Puppies will be handled daily and introduced to a variety of new experiences around our home. During the puppies' first 16 days, we use a technique known as "Early Neurological Stimulation" which helps to build neuro connections in the brain, promoting intelligence and problem solving skills. We also raise our puppies with "Puppy Culture" protocols, which helps produce well-rounded and mentally balanced dogs. Puppies are also introduced to a crate and potty training on real grass.
Includes:
Puppies will come dewormed on a schedule (@ 2, 4, 6, & 8 wks), first shot (DHPP @ 8 wks), and comprehensive medical exam by a licensed vet. Each puppy will be microchipped; in the case your puppy is lost, our information will show as a secondary contact. Families will also receive documents with an abundance of information. Puppies come with a goodie bag of a few days supply of food, a toy, treat or chew, and a scented blanket from our home. Puppies are sent home with 30 days of pet insurance.
Tails:
We leave a puppy's natural tail, unless otherwise requested by the family to be docked. Puppies who are show potential will still have their tails docked due to conformation regulations, but otherwise we feel like docking is an unnecessary, cruel, and outdated cosmetic procedure.
Food:
We currently feed Victor Hi-Pro Plus. We do rotate food brands a couple of years.
Visitations:
We usually would love for puppy families to come and see where their little ones are grow up, but we have stopped visitations for now. In 2021 we had puppies become sick from a deadly virus due to visitations and even after hospitalization, we lost several puppies. This was heartbreaking for us. Until we feel comfortable again, we have a no visitation policy. However, we are happy to send constant photos and videos of the puppies. This ensures our pups' safety and security.
Process:
If you are interested in one of our puppies, please submit an application or contact form. We will get in touch with you shortly after to discuss the process moving forward. Please only complete an application if you are committed to a puppy from us and want to get on the waitlist. Any other inquires, feel free to contact us through our form or directly.
Waitlist Process:
Litters will be spoken for first by our wait list. To be approved for our wait list, we require an application and a nonrefundable $100 deposit. Once a litter is born, puppy picks will go by numerical order on the wait list, based on preferences.
